The Center For Addiction Recovery is certified by the New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) to provide assessment, evaluation and treatment for individuals and families who suffer from alcohol/substance abuse or dependence. Referrals
A
referral can be made by family, community agencies, lawyers, physicians,
the criminal justice
system, schools, counselors, therapists, hospitals and rehabilitation
centers. We also accept self-referals.
DWI/DWAI Violations
Our
Clinic is certified by the NYS
Department of Motor Vehicles to
offer evaluations and treatment for persons who have
been arrested for DWI/DWAI. We also partcipate
in the Oneida County District Attorney
- First Offender Program.
Charges for Services
Visits are covered by most health
insurance plans. We also accept Medicaid.
In
some
cases, charges can be
adjusted based
on ablility to pay.
Please Note -
Persons insured by HMO's may need a referral from their primary care
physician
prior to their first appointment. Our staff can assist in determining
if this is necessary. |
