The Center for Addiction Recovery team is led by Executive Director Ole A. Pettersen
, BA CASAC. The multi-disciplinary staff, led by Clinical Director Sasha Straub,
includes experienced
social workers,
rehablitation counselors, occupational therapists, recreational
therapists and 2 registered nurses, in addition to full-time
credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselors.
The Center for Addiction Recovery also provides on-site medical and
psychiatric services with its
medical director, George
A. Kozminski, MD and Dr.
Jorge Falero, MD - consultant, psychiatry - along with
our nursing
staff Karen Falatico, RN,
Laura Miller, LPN and Wendy
Deziley, LPN.
