Methadone Maintenance
Treatment Program - As of April, 2003 we are pleased to announce the
opening
of our Methadone clinic here at CAR as an alternative treatment for
individuals with heroin addiction. Center for Addiction Recovery
is licensed to provide outpatient methadone maintenance and
buprenophine treament
. Please contact our office to find
out more about our clinic and if it may be for you. Our clinic is run
under the medical supervision of our Medical Director Dr. George A.
Kozminski, MD. Available to prospective methadone clients are
on-site
complete physicals, including EKG's, bloodwork, etc.
Also available to MMTP clients are substance abuse counseling and group
therapy.
Transportation
for
methadone
clients is available from select locations in the
Utica, Rome, Oneida
and Herkimer areas.
