Addiction Treatment Centers in OregonIn Oregon, 224 substance abuse treatment facilities were included in the 2010 N-SSATS, reporting that there were 20,435 clients in substance abuse treatment on March 31, 2010. The survey response rate in Oregon was 90%.

According to the 2010 National Survey of Substance Abuse Treatment Services (N-SSATS) annual surveys, the number of addiction treatment facilities in Oregon was 224. Of these, 54 were private for-profit and 135 were private non-profit. The remainder were owned/operated by federal, State or local government(s). Since 2002, the number of treatment facilities in Oregon has remained relatively stable.

Although addiction treatment facilities in Oregon may offer more than one modality of care, in 2010 the majority of treatment facilities (200 or 89.3%) offered some form of outpatient addiction treatment. Another 51 facilities offered some form of  residential addiction treatment, where 31 offered short term care and 46 offered long term addiction treatment, with 24 of these residential addiction treatment facilities offering detoxification. There were 13 facilities offering opioid treatment program in Oregon with certified physicians providing Methadone and Buprenorphine treatments.
